The Leicestershire Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre was founded in 1985 to provide help and support to local people and their families.
The Centre's motto is "Self Help Is Our Way of Action". Self help means that you decide to do something to help yourself and is a very positive start to dealing with any problem.
